How can schools ensure that every student is on a path to success—every day? This session highlights how Kellam High School identified and supported a targeted group of students with GPAs between 2.5 and 2.9, using a strategic approach grounded in goal setting, skill development, and meaningful relationships with trusted adults and peer tutors. Participants will explore how this model fostered academic growth and readiness aligned with the VBCPS Future-Ready Profile. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies for identifying and uplifting special student populations within their own schools.
