Middle and high school mathematics leaders will examine the factors that promote future-ready students as related to the mathematics classroom. Attendees will examine research-based practices in teaching mathematics that will promote opportunities for all students to reach high levels of mathematical understanding. This session will explore how common expectations for high quality tier-one instruction across middle and high school courses can progressively develop mathematical thinkers and problem solvers.
