In this session, participants will review leadership and coaching moves that empowered faculty, positively impacted achievement, and decreased targeted gaps. Artifacts will include planning templates, ready-to go PD, student work samples, and next steps. Through collaboration and discussion, participants will leave with strategies and tools to implement with their coaches and PLCs. Say good-bye to learning gaps!
