2025 VBCPS Summer Leadership Conference

In this interactive session, administrators will learn how to better leverage mathematics and literacy coaches to strengthen teacher practice and student outcomes. Focus areas include reestablishing clear roles for coaches and administrators in the coaching and communication process, aligning coach support with DTAL initiatives, and improving collaboration through stronger partnerships. Administrators will also explore how DTAL representatives can support both administrators and coaches in building capacity, improving communication, and advancing schoolwide instructional goals.
