School leaders navigate complex conversations daily — from difficult parent emails to sensitive staff feedback. In this interactive session, participants will explore how generative AI tools can act as a communication coach to create drafts, adjust tone, and refine language to support effective stakeholder engagement. Participants will experiment with prompts and AI tools, discuss ethical guardrails, and leave with strategies for leveraging AI to enhance, not replace, authentic human connection. This session invites school leaders to think critically and creatively about leading communication in the age of AI. Note: This session is designed for participants with at least a basic awareness of generative AI Tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.).
