This session will explore practical strategies for embedding student goal setting, student-led conferences, and reflection into classroom routines, all aligned with the VBCPS Future Ready Profile. Participants will learn how to guide students in setting meaningful goals, curate and reflect on evidence of learning, and lead conferences that promote agency, communication, and self-awareness. The session will feature student work samples, templates, and a roadmap for schools seeking to build a culture of reflection and readiness.
