This session offers a preview of a yearlong scope and sequence designed to meet the evolving needs of new educators while promoting consistency, collaboration, and professional growth. Developed with input from a New Educator Advisory Board and lead mentor focus groups, the framework supports mentors in providing responsive, sustained guidance throughout the year, building staff capacity, and strengthening the school community.
