In this 30-minute Exhibition of Learning session, principals and assistant principals will engage in a focused exploration of key features within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the candidate vetting process and efficiently fill vacancies within their schools. Aligned to the Build Up strand of the conference, this session aims to empower school leaders by enhancing their ability to build strong, supportive school communities through effective systems and strategic hiring practices. Participants will leave with practical tips and strategies to navigate ATS with confidence, maximizing tools that support informed hiring decisions, foster strong professional relationships, and ultimately ensure every vacancy is an opportunity to strengthen the school community.
